IN-ACTIVE               Board Certified Urologists whose dues are not paid up to date

RETIRED                   Former WSUS Dues paid members (urologists) who have retired from
                                 practicing medicine and have remained in the Northwest.


WSUSM                   Office Managers and Administrators of Urology Practices.  (FREE)


ALLIED HEALTH    Physician Assistants, Nurses, and all other healthcare providers involved
                                  in the delivery of urologic healthcare within a WSUS Member's Practice


INDUSTRY PARTNER
                                  Companies and their representatives who are actively involved with the
                                  Washington State Urology Society educational and advocacy efforts.     
                                  Minimum involvement includes participation in the WSUS Annual June
                                  Conference.
