STEP 1:
Complete an Exhibit Request Form (link to the form can be found below)

STEP 2:
Fax your completed form to 360-668-4053 or email to djmgmt@earthlink.net with the subject header "Exhibit Request Form".

STEP 3:
Make your check payable to the WSUS and mail your $1000 exhibit fee to:
